Inversiones Roraima Corp is a for-profit corporation registered in the State of Florida in 2018. Our work sits in three places: advisory for owner-operated companies, investments we make with our own money, and the treasury that holds it. We do not manage funds for third parties and we are not a registered investment adviser.
We work with owner-operated companies on the part nobody photographs: financial structure, reporting a lender or a partner can actually read, cost control, and the operating decisions that follow from both. Our engagements are advisory — we never take custody of a client's funds.
We commit our own capital to operating businesses and real assets we understand, on horizons measured in years rather than quarters. Because the capital is ours, we report to no outside investor, we raise nothing, and we publish no performance figures.
Part of the company's balance sheet is held in digital assets. It is managed under the same treasury policy as the rest: named counterparties, regulated venues, every movement documented. We do not exchange, transmit, or custody digital assets for anyone else.
Roraima is a tepui on the border of Venezuela, Brazil and Guyana — a flat-topped mountain of some of the oldest exposed rock on the planet. We took the name because that is the horizon we prefer to work on.
